Engagements

Engaging with pioneering people, coaching teams and leaders has been Andreas passion for over 25 years.

Reflecting how to capture best value from opportunities ahead – the idea was born to match his people passion with deep and broad international industry experiences, 15 years in Healthcare Life Science as also in Software, Telecom and Energy. Combining technology and business strategically has always been Andreas “sweet spot”, both in F100 as Startups across roles as CIO, Marketing & Sales and CEO.

Being purpose driven, Board Member, Advisor/Advisory Board Member, Mentor/Coach are typical roles of  Andreas engaging with leaders and corporations.

Advisor / Advisory board roles will be very individually designed and setup to meet the needs of the corporation, non-profits, academia or other entities. These boards in general can be very useful to help gaining new insights and advice to scale businesses, solve specific business problems or explore new opportunities through high-quality discussions.

This is a safe, trusted environment where together with the leader, leadership teams and other jointly agreed parties the advisor can act as accelerator or catalyst, provide additional perspectives and analysis as also critical thinking to increase the confidence of the decision makers.

All engagements are individually designed and setup. It has proven to be a good rhythm of monthly or bi-weekly engagements with the CEO/founder as also weekly or bi-weekly touchpoints of high impact leaders of the corporation.

Additional ad-hoc check-ins as also multi-session / multi day workshops to deep dive on certain strategic topics, roadmap design, value proposition will be flexibly arranged.

Further advisory roles e.g. for investor due diligences will be supported if no conflict of interest with the long-term advisory roles exist ensuring integrity, transparency and a trusted environment for all.

Over the last years many leaders, colleagues, team members, and mentors have contributed to the person Andreas is today.

Being grateful as also to give back to next generation leaders Andreas is committed sharing his learnings and experiences. 

Current engagements are as speaker / contributor to the Next Gen CIO / CFO Academy of a leading consulting and advisory firms active across 150 countries as also individual mentoring to business / technology leaders.

Patients can’t wait, so Andreas has committed himself over 15 years contributing to increase access to life changing medicines for more patients and faster – taking an entrepreneurial approach questioning the status-quo.
